Jo Bell, owner and manager, is a 30 year resident of Asheville. She has a BA in Group Work and Recreation from George Williams College, an MA in Elementary Education from Purdue University, and a post-graduate degree in Gerontology from UNC-A. She has been a director of social work and activities in long-term care.
She previously owned The Clutter Consultants and Pie in the Sky eatery, and was an owner/operator of the famed Stone Soup innovative fresh food restaurant.
